SURFACE AND ENVIRONMENT DURING THE APPLICATION
-The installation work on the plasterboard must be completed before using DERZONAT. -The temperature in the environment should be between +5C and +40 C during the application. -There should not be air flow or circulation during the application as well.
APPLICATION
5,5-6 liters of clean water is poured into the mortarboard to be mixed. 10 kg of DERZONAT poured into it by sprinkling. It is waited yerine it is awaited about 2-3 minutes to make sure the plaster absorbs the water. It is mixed with a mixer or trowel until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. If self-adhesive joint tape will be used; the first layer will be applied after the tape stuck, if self-adhesive joint tape is not used; the first layer of DERZONAT is applied to fill the gaps between the joints and the second layer is applied by pulling joint tape on it. After DERZONAT drying, it is possible smoothen the surfaces if it is necessary.
PACKAGING
Polypropylene bag 30 kg (+- 2%)
STORAGE
Maximum 20 bags should be stockpiled on top of each other in a dry place, and the bags should be stored in such a way that they do not come into contact with the ground and are protected from moisture and condensation. It should be used within 9 months from the date of manufacture.
