SURFACE AND ENVIRONMENT ON APPLICATION
-It must be free from dirty materials such as dust, oil, paint. -Extremely dry, hot and highly absorbent surfaces should be moistened with water. -The surface of the ceilings should be roughened before applying the plaster or primed with a material that allows the mortar to adhere to the surface. Care should be taken to avoid drafts.-Application temperature should be between +5 and +40 C.

APPLICATION
6,5 – 7 liters of water is poured into the container to be mixed, and Karonat Papier-mâché Plaster is added by sprinkling it. It is waited for about 2-3 minutes for the plaster to absorb the water. It is mixed with a hand mixer or trowel until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The prepared mortar is poured into the mold that has been lubricated beforehand. After a layer is poured, fiber or hemp is laid on the plaster to increase the flexibility and strength of the mold. Plaster is poured over the laid fiber or hemp again. The plaster poured into the mold will begin to heat up after a while. The plaster, which is heated and cooled, leaves itself from the mold after a while. The plaster removed from the mold is left to dry for a while at room temperature before assembly.
